Shade-grown arabica typica and bourbon varieties flourish in microclimates, hand-picked at peak ripeness by expert farmers.

Sun-dried and naturally processed beans develop notes of dark chocolate, honey, and wild berries – a true Himalayan signature.

Light or medium roast? Each batch is roasted in small quantities to honor the journey from Nepal’s peaks to your pour-over or espresso.
